          Introduction to the Principle, Application Range and Characteristics of Hot Air Hopper Dryers


          The hot air hopper dryer is a replacement product of the hot air dryer. The environmental protection factor is fully considered and improved based on the original function. It can dry raw materials that are wet due to packaging, shipping, or recycling.


          Ⅰ. Working principle of hot air hopper dryer


          The hot air hopper dryer blows constant high-temperature wind into the drying barrel through the drying fan in the raw material processing. After baking the raw materials, the original moisture of the raw materials in the barrel is taken away to remove the moisture in the raw materials. The windblown by the fan becomes high-temperature dry, hot air after being heated by electric heating. The hot air can be evenly dispersed in the raw material in the drying barrel through the screen protector and the hole screen—an optional hot air recovery device. After being filtered by the return air, the blown air enters the drying fan to form a closed circulation loop, saving electricity.


          Ⅱ. Application range of hot air hopper dryer


          The hot air hopper dryer is the most effective and economic model for drying plastic raw materials. It can dry raw materials that are wet due to packaging, transportation, or recycling. The direct-type design is particularly suitable for directly installing the plastic molding machine for drying, which is fast and space-saving. This up-blowing hot-air dryer can provide a loading capacity of 12~1000 kg, divided into thirteen types.


          Ⅲ. Features of hot air hopper dryer
